DRIVEN BY PRACTICAL INNOVATION
BUILT ON EXPERTISE
MEET THE . FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Joseph Stevenson — a biomedical engineer, mentor, and the founder of ENGNRS.
I currently work as a Technical Engineering Manager at KinaTrax, where I lead innovation in biomechanics, motion analysis, and performance technology. My background includes academic research, clinical engineering, and hands-on experience in the MedTech space. I also hold a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Brown University.
Throughout my journey, I discovered that building a career in engineering isn’t just about mastering technical skills. It’s also about having the right people around you — mentors, peers, and professionals who can offer guidance, open doors, and share what school doesn’t always teach. Many of my own breakthroughs came from simple conversations that turned into lasting connections.
That’s why I started ENGNRS. It’s a platform designed to help engineering students bridge the gap between education and industry, while growing with clarity, confidence, and community support.
Let’s build the future, together.
CONNECT PEOPLE . BUILD COMMUNITY

PURPOSE DRIVEN GROWTH
We’re not here to be another resource, we’re here to make an impact.
Everything we do is centered around meaningful growth: helping students discover their strengths, navigate uncertainty, and create a life and career they’re proud of.

LIVE ENGAGEMENT
Static content can only go so far, we go live.
Our weekly calls, workshops, and community meetups are designed to spark real-time interaction. Students don’t just listen, they participate, ask questions, and walk away with actionable insights. It’s learning, elevated through conversation.

AUTHENTIC CONNECTON
We believe engineering is as much about people as it is about projects.
ENGNRS bridges the gap between students and professionals through genuine, human-centered relationships. Whether it’s a mentorship chat, a live Q&A, or a message in our community forum, every connection is designed to build trust, share knowledge, and support long-term growth.
